MARRAKECH

A few years ago when I was at my most broke and had absolutely no business leaving my living room, I made a trip to Morocco. 

So really I’m just dropping these photos here to say I’m glad I went against my better judgement and went anyway. It was everything I needed it to be.

Specifically in Marrakech, I stayed in two different riads - both of which offered all the photo inspo I could ever ask for without even having to go outside. Which is what they’re designed for, to give you that perfect tile-work for your instagram feed and some mint tea moments. 

Outside of the riads, Marrakech embodies chaos. And aside from navigating the snake charmers and street bikes in the souks, I spent my time here scouting rooftop bars, getting a tattoo, and becoming an Yves Saint Laurent stan after visiting the gardens and museum. Run of the mill trip. 

My time here was limited but I’m thrilled I could experience it at all. Just happy to be here, you know?
